CyberLink Power Cinema - Wonky software!

So, my JVC captures film clips and then uses CyberLink Power Cinema, which came with the camera.  The camera, however, no longer recognizes the films that the camcorder captures.  I really don't like software that isn't adequately tested...

Sent this to tech support recently.  The JVC software on my PC shows this when I try to play movies.  I'm still waiting for a reply...
